Perennial Artisan Ales is coming to The Temtor
Steins Broadway is proud to welcome Perennial Artisan Ales to The Temtor. Perennial Artisan Ales will be run by husband and wife team Phil and Emily Wymore and her father Russ Bryant. Phil was the head brewer at Half Acre Brewing in Chicago, Illinois for the past few years, and the Cellar Manager for Goose Island Brewing, also in Chicago.
Perennial aquired a 7 barrel brewing system from Good People Brewing in Birmingham, Alabama. This system can brew close to 300 gallon batches at once!
We are lucky to have Perennial Artisan Ales as our first new tenant! The brewery will include an indoor tasting room and an outdoor beer garden and will also offer guided tours. Read more about their plans for The Temtor here.
