Steins Broadway Project in St. Louis Business Journal

Developers of the former Coca-Cola syrup plant in the Carondelet neighborhood in South St. Louis have closed on financing for the $27 million project and started construction this week.

Benjamin Simms, president of Steins Broadway, and Pete Rothschild of Rothschild Development are co-developers on the mixed-use project at 8125 Michigan. E.M. Harris is the general contractor.
